Outsourced Internal Audit Services

We are subcontracted to perform regular internal audit services usually as part of an international team that a Client has assembled where the work is performed by Mazars in Japan on an outsourced basis.

Review of Internal Controls

We perform complete exercises to review the control environment of a company operating in Japan and produce an action plan for improvement.

SOX/JSOX Implementation

We perform exercises to identify and document the key controls to be relied upon for certification. We separately perform tests for certification processes.
