We provide business valuations for a number of purposes. Using various models, including net realisable asset methodology, discounted cash flow techniques and utilising stock market valuation methodology, we provide full business valuations.

Our valuation services are used for various purposes, including purchase price allocation (PPA), impairment testing of goodwill or long lived assets in accordance with IFRS or US GAAP. Also, using the depth of Mazars group resources, we can provide valuation services for vanilla or complex derivatives or structured products.
