Announcement of registering to the list of semi-registered firms (JICPA)
In order to start providing audit services to listed companies in Japan, Mazars Audit LLC applied for semi-registration as an audit firm for listed companies with the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA), and as a result of the review, Mazars Audit LLC was approved for registration in the list of semi-registered firms (audit firms before conducting quality control reviews) as of March 17, 2021.
As a result, we have been listed in the list of semi-registered firms of the information on registered audit firms for listed companies.
We will further strengthen our quality control system and continue to contribute sincerely to the Japanese financial market by providing high quality audit services.
