Mazars in Japan donates to local charities
Donation as an expression of gratitude
Since its establishment, Mazars has been committed to the spirit of "caring for others". Over the course of 30 years, this philosophy continues to guide us in our efforts to connect a better society to the next generation through our deep concern for people and society.
On 18 November, at our 30th anniversary party, instead of giving gifts to each of our guests, we wanted to make a difference. As a token to show our appreciation, we chose to donate to organisations that spoke about “diversity” and “child growth”. On behalf of 150 people that attended the party, we donated 5,000 yen per person, to three charitable organisations - a total of 750,000 yen.

Mazars in Japan 30th anniversary party report
The year 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of Mazars in Japan. We wanted to express our gratitude to all of our clients and business partners who have trusted us and worked with us over the years, with the hospitality that is uniquely Mazars. The party was held on the evening of 18 November at Andaz Tokyo hotel on the 52nd floor rooftop in Toranomon.
Our vision for the next chapter
30 years ago, Mazars started as a greenfield to help our European clients in Japan. We had a tiny office in Ebisu with only 3 staff, but those few were the warriors. We also had clients, whom were always loyal to us.
