Gaël Lamant joins Mazars in Moscow in 1998. He spends 3 years as an expatriate there before relocating to Mazars Paris in 2001.
Becoming an audit partner in 2007, he has been signatory for major groups such as Safran, Valeo, Colas (Bouygues group), and has also been involved in auditing the Renault group. Currently, he signs off on the accounts of Legrand, Daher, and Orpea groups following Mazars' recent appointment in July 2022.
In addition to his activities in financial audit, Gaël decided to dedicate half of his time to Sustainability and took over the leadership of Mazars' CSRD Task Force in France. In this capacity, he assists major groups in implementing ESRS standards, such as Safran and Legrand, through gap analysis missions or CSRD Readiness projects.
He also leads Mazars' Symbiose program, which aims to hybridize our auditor profiles, both in Paris and in the regions, to provide them with dual expertise in financial audit and sustainability audit.
He participates in the CSRD Audit Work effort working group of the National Company of Statutory Auditors (CNCC).
