Satoshi has over 23 years of professional experience, including working at PwC Arata LLC, a mid-tier audit firm and PwC Advisory.

He joined Mazars Audit LLC in September 2021.

In addition to auditing work, he is involved in solving issues related to the international expansion of Japanese companies and supporting the implementation of PMOs with overseas Mazars.

He has experiences in IFRS, IPOs, financial due diligence, corporate valuations, intangible asset valuations (including PPA work) and audits of Japanese companies' overseas acquisition targets.

He also has significant experience of GAAP conversion between JGAAP and IFRS for Japanese listed companies including mega financial institutions.
