Prior to joining Mazars, Toshiki was a partner at Big4 audit firm serving number of Japanese public companies. He specializes in the IFRS audits in accordance with the Japanese, AICPA and PCAOB auditing standards.
Toshiki has working experiences in auditing and other assurance services for public companies. His experiences in providing advisory services include accounting advisory services, contract compliance services and forensic related services. Clients he has served vary from large Japanese public companies (especially pharma and manufacturing) to small subsidiaries of foreign company. He is also focused on digitalization of accounting and auditing. He received “Global Executive Certificate of Data Analytics for Decision-Making” from New York University in 2020.
Toshiki also wrote many books and articles relating to accounting and tax. He was also a part-time instructor of accounting and tax course at Kwansei Gakuin University in 2014 Spring.
